Students' instructions

  1. Read the information in the file textEditors.txt (you can right-click and select "Save to disk" or "Save link as" —in Spanish "Guardar destino / enlace como"— to save a copy of this file onto your computer).

  2. Write 8 sentences comparing different word processors (you can choose which word processors you want to compare). Use eight of the adjectives below. If necessary you can revise how to use comparatives.

      advanced / basic
      simple / complex
      expensive / cheap
      easy to get / difficult to get
      fast to open / slow to open
      dangerous
      easy to use / difficult to use
      compatible
      good for printing / unsuitable for printing

      Example:
      Word is more complex than Wordpad.

  3. Write 8 sentences using superlative adjectives to compare all the word processors. Use all the adjectives below. If necessary you can revise how to use superlatives.

      expensive
      basic
      advanced
      slow to open
      fast to open
      dangerous
      easy to use
      difficult to use

      Example:
      Word and Open Office are the most suitable processors for printing.

  4. Answer this question: which editor is the best for editing .html code? Why?
